No Refunds or Exchanges.
By Checking out with any of our products, you are agreeing that under no circumstance, Refunds or Exchanges are not accepted, due to the nature of the product. It is the responsibility of the Customer to properly measure their head, using our diagram on our site under “How to Measure your Head”. There’s also a YouTube video link on our home page with instructions on how to measure your head. If the Customer is unsure, a consultation can be booked on the booking site. If a customer orders the wrong size, it is not our responsibility to refund or exchange the unit.
